 An interactive one-day media management programme, delivered by experienced facilitators drawn from the ranks of journalism and TV & radio commentators. 


  • Introductions – teasing out experiences and anxieties.

  • The communication pyramid – where does the real risk lie?

  • Managing yourself – how do you instinctively respond to verbal intimidation?

  • Ground rules – setting the scene & lessening the likelihood of ambush (case studies, for example, Kate Burley (Sky news) & Nick Ferrari (LBC)).

  • Developing positive relationships with media professionals. Controlling the message – case study driven.

  • Practical sessions – video footage collected for personal development & self-reflection.

  • Individual action plans.

  • Closure.
