The TFS approach has been successfully implemented within a number of diverse sectors especially where team leaders and mangers are expected to tackle disruptive behaviour including, for example, dis-agreements, noise, anti-social behaviour to alcohol and drug related issues.

  • Coaching, engaging and leading colleagues in the workplace to create a more productive working environment
  • Facilitating a culture of proactive arbitration with a view to reducing the more formal and time consuming processes
  • Identifying efficient interventions that can be delivered effectively within the workplace
