The advent of this new legislation caused substantial disorientation within a number of local authorities culminating in a real need to devise a specific learning intervention.

Following detailed dialogue with each client a one-day programmed was designed that addressed both Acts of Parliament in an upbeat and pragmatic manner.

The use of client case studies allowed delegates to explore the requirements of the legislation from a local perspective.
