TFS is delighted to announce the successful tender award of the provision of Community Safety for Accredited Persons (CSAS) training for Transport for London (TfL) Revenue Protection Inspectors.

Rob McHarg, Operations Director, said, “The weeklong programmes will engage with a number of key operational issues that will equip Revenue Protection Inspectors with the skills necessary to undertake an array of legislative responsibilities and enforcement actions including the issuing of fixed penalty notices and the monitoring of anti-social behaviour.”

Lead trainer Michael Clyne added, “The inclusion of elements facilitated by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) demonstrates a firm commitment to partnership working within the Capital.”

In addressing the broad scope of the Home Office CSAS David Greer, Chief Executive of Skills for Security commented; “The importance of community safety is continually growing and equally the importance of the job roles of those working within this area. Skills for Security is proud to have worked with ACPO to provide safer and securer environments through the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) and are pleased that TFS offers a cost effective and efficient means of ensuring that accredited persons will develop the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills so that they can play an important part in creating safer communities and reducing the fear of crime.”
